A book of
shadows is the place which a witch keeps all important information,
rituals, spells, corespondence, ideas ect.
When you begin Wicca, you should stat a book of shadows right away. A
book of shadows can be anything. It can be an ampty book, a pile of
pages held together with string, a\my personal book of shadows is a
beautiful (in my opinion) big red ring file. You can also make a book
of shadows, from any matirial you like. Your book of shadows should be
peronal, and something you like, not something someone else told you is
nice.
Now that you have a book of shadows, what do you put in it? There are
no rules of what to write in your book of shadows. This to, is a
personal thing, don't try to copy from someone elses book of shadows.
Look arownd, read and search, and when you come across something
interesting that you like, put it in your book of shadows. You can also
add things you thought of, rituals, spells and anything else that takes
you fancy.
