September 2 1:05+. Rails to trails. had planned on 14 but this was doomed from the start. I should have realized this when I was out of breath from getting out of bed to take a piss. 8

September 3 4 miles, 4x100m (18-16.5). Was just feeling terrible from the start. Don't know what my problem is. Dehydrated? Doubt it. Overtrained? Unlikely. I've been doing this mileage for 4 months now. Iron deficient? It's the only thing I can think of.` 5
September 4 No time. I stopped the run less than 1/2 way into it. I was running 8 minute miles but just felt lousy. Did 8x25 sec striders at about 5:20 pace. Felt a little better than yesterday, but not much. 7
September 5 49:30. Feeling a little better. Going to try to do 10 miles tomorrow. 6
September 6 3 miles. No time. I've had it. I should not feel like this. I'm taking a week off and am going to get blood work done to find out if this is iron deficiency or something worse. 3

September 23 1:16:00. Rails to Trails. 1st 5 miles in 40:05, last 5 in 35:55. Had to turn around shortly after 6 miles due to an old man saying there was a large bear on the trail ahead. Also saw four deer. 10
