April 5 56 minutes. Old 220, back Bellemeade. Got really tired at 42 minutes which happens to coincide with the beginning of a 3/4 mile hill. Otherwise, a good run. Maybe a little fast. 7

April 10 5 x 800m (3:08, :09, :10, :09, :07). Couldn't cool down, had to shit. Got home, couldn't shit. What's up with that? 5

April 12 Sick with a cold. Wanted to run, but excercised what little discipline I have. 0
April 13 48 minutes on Old 220 and back. Aerobically, felt fine. Legs messed up, tight but not painful. Weird. 6

April 16 47 minutes on old 220 and back. Watched Lee Bong-Ju (or is it Bong-Ju Lee?) end Kenya's 10 yr winning streak at Boston. Rod Dehaven ran a nice 6th and Josh Cox crumbled after going out in 1:05:41 to finish in 2:16. 6

April 18 48 minutes on Old 220 and back. Very tight, un-smooth. Why, oh why? I didn't even do anything yesterday. 6
