| The Bells | ||||||||||||
| Ashford possesses a fine "old style" ring of 10 bells plus an extra bell that is used with our carillion clock chime. Some of the bells date back to 1620 whilst others were cast as recent as 1970. The heaviest bell weighs just over 1 ton whilst the smallest is just under a quarter of a ton.
