Umbrella has engineered these reptiles to be the ultimate killing machine. Their powerful bodies offer them tremendous speed and the ability to cling to walls and ceilings. Their tongue-lash offers a long-range attack. And lastly Licker's have been known to perform a howling, leaping swipe when provoked.
You'd better hope you spot a hell-hound from a distance. Because if more than one gets close to you, they're tear you apart in seconds. Umbrella's guard dogs are hand-pricked from the fiercest stock of canine breeds around. They will usually jump before latching onto you with their jaws. Althrough not too powerful their speed and numbers make them a constant threat.
These scavengers are more a nuisance than a real threat. If you're injured and limping, then they're smell blood and pick you apart with their force of numbers along.
They are not very quick, but a close-encounter with an Ivy is an experience you wont soon forget. Their scariest attack is a quick secretion of liquid which paralyzes victims.
