| Out Beyond You think you've witnessed beauty As you walk upon the earth, But until you've soared beyond the clouds And traveled thru the sky, Until you've gazed upon the earth From a place on high, You've missed majestic splendor, A panorama without compare. Wonder all about you As you travel thru the air. Stately white clouds just setting there Like massive cotton floating in air. A brilliant blue words won't define Holds a blazing sun way out beyond our time. There's no beginning nor an end Nor can there ever be. Everything is timeless As far as man can see. Wonder and amazement Become a part of those Who surround themselves with the glory Of this land of great repose. |
| Clouds I watch the clouds That pass me by, One by one, They change the sky. White and silent, Sometimes streaks of lace. Whether puffs of cotton or lines on high, They are all part of this gorgeous place. Some days thick and heavy, The white replaced with gray. They seem to cry from the heavens, No sun will shine today. Wait for tomorrow, When the sun comes shining bright, The rain will disappear, The gray clouds will drift from sight. A new pattern in the blue, White puffs of a different design. A wondrous changing picture, Its all ours, yours and mine. |
