| Raw kicked off with HHH coming down to the ring and calling out Kurt Angle. Instead, Booker T came down and said one of the first differences between himself and the Game was the fact that Booker T was a winner and HHH was a loser. Booker T came to the ring to start the match, and hit HHH with a Superkick while the Game was arguing with the ref. HHH regained control and hit the Pedigree, but Kurt Angle came out and broke up the count and hit an Olympic Slam. He left the ring before HHH could recover. HHH went searching for Angle after the match, and found him in Mr. McMahon's locker room, which was protected by two armed security guards. Kurt had scheduled a match between himself and HHH at No Way Out with HHH's #1 Contender Spot for Wrestlemania on the line. Next, RVD battled Buh Buh Ray Dudley. The Dudley started in control, but got distracted when D-Von and Stacy got sent to the back for disturbing the match. RVD hit a big Kick, and then hit a Five Star Frog Splash to end it. After Buh Buh left, a Shattered Dreams Production came on and Goldust revealed that RVD was the man whose dreams Goldust would crush. Goldust attacked him from behind to a lot of boos. In a Three Way Tag Team Title match, Spike Dudley and Tazz put the title on the line against the APA and the team of Billy and Chuck. The APA took out Billy and Chuck, but Billy recovered and hit the FameAsser to beat Bradshaw. Bradshaw distracted Billy and Spike hit the Dudley Dog to let Spike and Tazz retain the tag titles. Vince McMahon came out and demanded Ric Flair to come to the ring to explain his actions on Smackdown! Flair came out and said that the fans changed his mind. McMahon said that it was because Flair was a liar, which Flair denied. Vince said that one Hogan, Nash, and Hall rejoined the WWF, there would be NO WAY OUT for anyone in their way. Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco agreed with Double A Arn Anderson who said that Flair made the wrong decision on Smackdown! Rikishi challenged William Regal for the IC Title with Regal being searched thoroughly before the match. When Regal pulled out his brass knuckles, Edge attacked him and let Rikishi give Regal a Stink Face. The Rock challenged the Undertaker to a match at No Way Out. The Rock sang "Viva Rock Vegas" after walking away and kicking out the Coach. Stephanie came down for her "big surprise." Her idea was for HHH and herself to renew their wedding vows for Smackdown. Triple H simply replied, "NO!" because everything didn't revolve around Steph. Stephanie said that it was important, HHH asked why, and Steph said she was pregnant. HHH and his wife rejoiced in the ring as the crowd sat in stunned silence. Jazz destroyed Trish (again) and this time won the Women's Title. Next, the Undertaker and Chris Jericho faced off against their opponents at No Way Out, The Rock and Stone Cold, respectively. A brawl ensued, and the match finally got to the ring. Austin got isolated, but eventually tagged in the Rock. Jericho was close to tapping out to the Sharpshooter, but 'Taker saved him. Austin hit a Stunner on Jericho, but 'Taker broke up the pin. Rock hit the Rock Bottom, but the ref was down. Undertaker came in the ring and bashed the Rock with a lead pipe. Jericho covered and got 3 just before Austin got back to the ring. |

| Smackdown! started with the Brahma Bull coming to the ring and demanding that the Undertaker come out to face him. Instead, Booker T interrupted a second superstar this week. Booker T said he would make an example of the Rock, and Rock responded by saying he would whip Booker's candy a** all over LA! Booker hit an early scissors kick, but couldn't get the win. Booker hit the Spinarooni, but got a Spinebuster and a People's Elbow to give the Rock the win. The doctor told Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley and HHH that Steph's baby was eight weeks along and everything looked fine. Kurt came down to the ring with a baby carriage and talked a little about his match against HHH at No Way Out for the #1 Contender's spot for Wrestlemania. Then, Kurt started making fun of HHH and showing the crowd what baby HHH would look like and pulled out a gorilla. HHH finally had enough, came down and threw Angle out of the ring. William Regal and the Dudley Boyz teamed up to face Edge, Rikishi, and RVD (Goldust's target for No Way Out) in a tag match, and Rikishi gave Buh Buh a Stink Face, but walked into a 3D to end the match. Edge attacked Regal, but the Dudleyz hurt Edge enough to let the IC Champ lock in the Regal Stretch. Chris Jericho came down and complained that he wasn't getting the recognition that he deserved for beating the Rock six times. Instead, everyone was telling him "Jericho, Stone Cold's gonna beat you for the title at No Way Out." Jericho called out Austin, who promplty responded. Austin came out, but looked a little different, but the jig was up when Will Sasso (MAD TV) started to talk. "Stone Cold" admitted that the Living Legend Chris Jericho was the better man, but then the real glass broke and the genuine article came out. Jericho got out of the ring and tried to attack Austin from behnd, but got kicked out. Austin started to share a beer with pseudo-Austin, but instead gave him a Stunner. Jericho was informed by Ric Flair that he had a non title match against HHH later on Smackdown! Maven, accompanied by Al Snow, for some reason challenged the Undertaker for the Hardcore Title. Al had a car ready to go in case Maven started getting destroyed. Maven got some help from Snow, but it wasn't enough as the Undertaker punched the garbage can, taking out Maven. He decimated Maven on the outside and hit a Chokeslam, but pulled Maven off the mat and put him in a Dragon Sleeper. Al, who had goten involved several times, was down, but then the Rock came down, hit 'Taker with a chair and then Rock Bottomed him. Maven recovered and got the cover of 1-2-3, making MAVEN the new Hardcore Champion with a victory over the Undertaker. Jerry "the King" Lawler officiated the pose down between Billy and Chuck vs. Stacy and Torrie. The girls obviously won, but Stacy attacked Torrie because Torrie's hand was raised in victory instead of both of theirs. HHH walked in and told Vince McMahon that he hated his guts. HHH said he would put that aside because it mattered to his wife that Vince walk her down the aisle for the renewal of their wedding vows on Raw, and Vince said he'd think about it. After HHH said that Vince wouldn't be near the child, Vince made the match tonight a handicap match with HHH facing Jericho and Kurt Angle. The Rock was interviewed by Coach as the Rock was going to his car, but got assaulted by the Undertaker. He chokeslammed the Rock onto the hood, and then Tombstoned the Rock on the roof. The Brahma Bull was put in a neck brace. HHH started off well in his handicap match against Jericho and Angle, but they started to double team him. HHH got a second wind and put both of his opponents in each of their respective finishing submissions. Jericho saved Kurt, and Kurt Olympic Slammed HHH onto a chair to end the match. Stephanie, who had come down to help her husband, was knocked down from behind by Kurt, but apparently the baby was OK. |
