Ric Flair, 14 time World Champion, should have no trouble with Vince McMahon, right? Wrong; Vince McMahon has shown again and again his ability to be outmatched and outwrestled, he has NEVER been outthought (there was no Wrestlemania X7 match that I remember, wink, wink!), and tonight Vince will have a plan. He knows that he can't defeat the Nature Boy, 1 on 1, and he will definitely have an ally or two ready to help out a moment's notice. The only question is who can Vince convince to help him though they will suffer Flair's wrath? Boss Man is obvious, but Vince always has a trick up his sleeve. Flair may strut around and put Vince in the Figure Four, but Vince McMahon will come out on top, like always.

Since Vince put up a good fight, you can't say Flair destroyed him, but the second half of the match was all Nature Boy. Vince started in control by using a variety of weapons to bust the Naitch open, even taking a picture with the camera of Flair's wife. He put Flair in the Figure 4, but that was his last attempt as Flair reversed it. They went to the outside and Flair decked Vince with a TV Monitor. Flair then blasted McMahon with a lead pipe that Vince brouoght in earlier. The Nature Boy locked in the Figure 4 and Vince tapped out!
