Lean, mean fighting machines can classify some of the bosses in Chrono Trigger, but all of them can be classified as tough.  HP counts are approximated because Lucca's Sightscope can't read bosses.  Besides a picture of the boss and recommended team to face it, you can find out its location, time period, HP, Main attacks, Major Weaknesses, and a mini guide for handling the boss.

Mini Guide: Slash is one of Ozzie's minions and is determined to stop your attempt to reach Magus.  His first form's best attack is "Attack, Attack, Attack" which does a fair amount of damage to the party member that it hits.  After doing about 3300 HP of damage to Slash, he will grab his Slasher sword and become much more powerful.  Slasher will be used as his main attack, but his Yes Indeed attack his very powerful.  Do 5200 HP of damage to eliminate Slash and get his Slasher Sword.
