| Lean, mean fighting machines can classify some of the bosses in Chrono Trigger, but all of them can be classified as tough. HP counts are approximated because Lucca's Sightscope can't read bosses. Besides a picture of the boss and recommended team to face it, you can find out its location, time period, HP, Main attacks, Major Weaknesses, and a mini guide for handling the boss. |
| Boss Name: R-Series Robots (6) Recommended Team: Crono and Marle Time Period/Location: 2300 AD/Factory Hit Points: R-Series: 150-175 HP Each EXP/Tech Points/Gold: 480/6/600 Main Attacks: Toss Around Character Major Weaknesses: Multiple Attacking Techs Mini Guide: The 6 R-Series Robots Turn on Crono and your remaining Character (my opinion it should be Marle) after they trash Robo. Attacks like Cyclone work well because two Cyclones can take out 3 robots. Have Marle heal the party, and use Aura Whirl if the R-Series Robots start tossing around your characters. If Marle has an opportunity to attack, just use physical attacks, but you really should save her for healing. Once you get rid of a couple of them, the fight is much easier, but keep up your HP because sometimes the last few robots will do a bomb attack when you defeat them. |
