| TRAGIC BUT TRUE STORIES . . . -- A Nurse gets called to a DFW school by the School Counselor. Her teenage daughter excuses herself, goes to the restroom and takes her life by slitting her wrists. -- An Odessa, TX, family still can't understand why their precious seven-year-old son hung himself. -- A Father gets a call about his daughter who is only three days from her wedding. She and her fiance had a spat. She went into the bedroom and hung herself. -- An Irving School Teacher takes time off to raise her seven children, becomes active in PTA and holds Suicide Prevention Seminars. Her youngest child enrolls in the University of Texas, then drops out. She receives that call she'll never forget-- "Your son took his life." |
