The story so far.....

" Skateboarding is inspiration to visualize, focus and create. An uplifting expression of our abilities amongst the energies of earth.

My Skateboarding history:

1989: Built a backyard ramp

University. Picked up Surfing and competed in National
mountainbiking events.

1997 : Looking for higher goals - The first South African to compete in the
World Cup of Skateboarding in Vancouver. I qualified in the top 20
and rode with the worlds best. The NSA invited me to the X-games,
but I opted for a West Coast road trip from Canada to Argentina.

En-route through the states I was scouted by photographers; appeared
In Int. Magazines and skated as a photographic model for Kodak film.

Coordinate a street event at Wave House in July
Coordinate and skate in the SA World Cup Bowlriders event - Oct
Skate with Tony Hawk when he returns to Wave House in December - unconfirmed.

Skateboarding projects in the works:
- Indigo Skate Camp
- International Bowlriding event in October 2003
- World Cup Skateboarding event ; coming soon

Working at Wave House is heaven sent as I get so much time to skate and there are so many opportunities and friends in skateboarding. Having a full production studio inhouse is proving to be invaluable for my collection of still photos and footage

This year I am focusing on vert and bowl riding. These two disciplines are definitely my strongpoint and I am on a world class performance level with piers.

At present I have no sponsors, this is a good opportunity to start fresh with a new line up of supporters.

Essentially I am looking for a salary, photo incentive and travel allowance. A word of warning - in the past I have been very demanding as I strive to up the standards of sponsorships in the skateboarding industry . My search to pioneer many concepts and contests continues…
