In seeking to participate in the Indigo skate Camp conducted by Dallas Oberholzer,

1. I voluntarily agree to participate in the Indigo Skate Camp activity organised and conducted by Dallas Oberholzer and friends.
2. My general health is good and there is nothing that renders me unfit to undertake Indigo Skate Camp activities.
3. I understand and appreciate fully that there may well be risks and dangers involved in such activities; particularly;
3.1 The risk of being transported: I understand that transport will be supplied
By Indigo Skate Camp be it in the hotel shuttle bus or camp bus.
3.2 The risks of skateboarding and adventure activities: I understand that I will
Occasionally skate, surf, flowboard, dirtboard, hike, swim and the staff of Indigo Skate Camp will take steps to ensure the safety of all.
4. I, together with my heirs, executors and administrators hereby release Indigo skate Camp and any employee, representative or contractor against any and all liabilities and claims that could accrue to me or my heirs, executors and administrators due to illness, injury, death or loss of or damage to property arising out of my participation in the said Indigo Skate Camp activity or in any related activity irrespective of whether such claims arose as a result of any act or omission ( whether by negligence or not ) of any person or from any cause whatsoever.
5. Indigo Skate camp accepts no liability for death, injury, illness or loss of or damage to property arising out of my participation in the said Indigo Skate Camp from any cause whatsoever.
2. 1. I understand that during the course of the camp photographers as well as videographers will be filming me and taking photos of me. I agree to allow this video phootage of myself to be broadcasted locally and abroad. In return I do not expect to be paid for my appearances on the above said t.v. programmes.
