CONTENT AND SUMMARY: This little book is filled wih all kinds of suggestions for balloon hats. Billl gives you lots of ideas with simple illustrations. Content incluseds several different hat bases with many add-ons. Some are simple and others are quite elaborate.
REVIEWER'S PERSONAL OPINION. The content is awesome. This is a great idea book with many new and refreshing ideas. The binding is not well done, a least mycopy needed to be trimmed
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Strengths: Tons of ideas in a small space.
Weaknesses: Some of the ideas and illustrations fail to give enought instructions. The Skyscraper Hat, for example, is interesting, but instructions are lacking. The same is true of the Dome Stadium Hat.
WHAT I LIKED AND DIDN'T LIKE:
I loved all the various hat bases. So many of us use only the helmet hat base. Two favorites are the "double-headed" and the "adjutable loop." I would really have like more instructions.
