The following records are transcribed directly from the microfilm copy of the
marriage record book from Mason County, West Virginia. The microfilm is available
through the LDS Family History Library, film # 0567389. Volume 1 contains over
1096 marriages recorded between August 23, 1806 and June 5, 1850. The records show
the names of the couple married, when they were married, and by whom. I have shown
as much information as possible on each marriage. There are 54 pages in Volume 1
and one addendum page with a few additional marriages.
