Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

     The last will and testament of Margaret Meek, of Moon Township,
Allegheny County.  In the name of God, I Margaret Meek, considering
the uncertainty of theis mortal life, and being of sound mind and
memory, (blessed be almighty God for the same) do make and publish
this my last will and testament, in manner and form following (that
is to say).  First I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied and I will that my Executors provide
head and foot stones for my grave to correspond with those of my
deceased husband.

     I give and bequeath to the board of foreign missions of the
General Assembly of the Presbyterian Chruch one hundred Dollars. 
I give and bequeath the the board of Education of the same Church
one hundred Dollars.  I give to my Daughter Sarah Yauger one feather
bed and bedding. I give to my daughter Rachel Onstot one feather
bed and bedding. I give to my Daughter Nancy McCormick one feather
bed and bedding. I give to my daughter Elizabeth Morrison one
feather bed and bedding. and to my Grand Daughter Sarah L. Morrison
I give and bequeath fifty Dollors and one set silver tea spoons and
set china cups and saussers and the balance of my personal Estate my
will is and I do order shall be divided among my four Daughters above
named to wit Sarah, Rachel, Nancy and Elizabeth Share and Share alike
as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and I hereby appoint
Jeremiah Meek and George Morrison Executors of this my last will and
testament, hereby revoking all fomer wills by me made in witness whereof,
I have here unto set my hand and seal the thirtieth day of March in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two....

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Margaret
Meek, to be her last will and testament in the presence of us; who
at her request and in her presence, have subsribed our names as witness
thereunto...

Letters of Administration were petitioned on May 25, 1852, by 
Bazaleel Meek and George Morrison.
