I Lewis Sines being of sound mind and knowing the uncertainty
of life and desirous of making a disposition of my real and personal
property and do make this my last will to wit I will my son William
Sines the lower end of my farm which is not take the house my
daughter Rosa Bell Sines the upper end of my farm including the
house and barn. Said farm to be divided as to acres as near even as
possible. I will my son William Sines all the personal property, He
having all the debts to pay against my estate.

An Order Made in Vacation
West Virginia: In the Clerk's Office of the County Court of
Mason County, September 8th 1891.
A writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of
Lewis Sines, deceased, late of this county was this day produced
in said office and fully proved according to law by the oaths of
J.H. Dunlap and E.H. Burdett the subscribing witnesses thereunto.
It is therefore, ordered, that said writing be recorded as and
for the last Will and Testament of the said Lewis Sines deceased.
