A/N: Okay, the last chapter was really lame. Sorry. I wasn’t really thinking when I was writing that. I just tried to put a little speed onto things. You probably knew that Gatti would be Leiren and stuff…I know, I’m not good at surprises. GAH!!! This is starting to become a Gatti fanfic!!!! NOOO!!!! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR VIOLE!!!! 0_0 I think I like Gatti too much…*slaps herself* Okay, THINK, VIOLE!!! Viole, Viole, Viole, GATTI!!!!! ARGH!!!!! Ah, forget it. Viole is STILL a major character after all…and that’s good…right? Well, I’ll try and make this chapter a good one, mmk?
The other Dragonslayers stared, utterly confused. Viole stared at Gatti. What was going on? Why was the purple stone glowing so much?
Folken closed his hand over Lina’s charm and said, "Well, Gatti, or should I say, Leiren…" he said, "…it seems like you’re not entirely…one of us."
Gatti averted his eyes to the floor. All his life, he was Gatti…not Leiren. Now, for some odd reason, memories of the past he had never experienced flooded into his mind. Kara…Exidaea…General Ibohen…Captain Hasuroa…. He closed his eyes. "So, what are you going to do with me?"
"You‘ll find out soon enough. Now come," Folken said. (note: That sounded weird…well, I’ve only seen the first eight episodes of Escaflowne…yeah, I saw the other four and I’m happy…. Does Folken say that? I dunno. Please don’t criticize me! *cringes*) He nodded at Gatti and strode away.
Gatti followed, his eyes distant
Viole and the other Dragonslayers looked at each other uneasily. This wasn’t good…. Things like this were never good.
Viole watched Gatti leave, then caught a glimpse of two girls hiding. After making sure Folken was out of sight, Viole told the others to stay where they were, then walked toward the girls.
Lina gasped at the sight of Viole approaching. "Who are you? Where is that man taking that soldier?"
"I’m Viole. Lord Folken has found out something interesting about Gatti…" Viole replied.
Lina and Augenta exchanged uneasy glances.
"What are your names?" Viole asked.
"I’m Princess Augenta of Bachonark. This is Lina," Augenta said.
Viole nodded slowly. He sighed and looked in the direction Gatti went, then back at the girls. "What is that purple stone?"
"It’s my charm. Mom gave it to me when I was little. It was given to her by a boy named Leiren…" Lina replied.
Viole almost fell over in surprise. "Gatti gave that to your mother?!?!?"
Lina’s eyes widened. "What?"
"Gatti…he gave that stone to your mother?!?!" Viole repeated.
"Hang on…you’re saying that…that soldier is…?!" Augenta said.
"Lord Folken called Gatti Leiren…who is Leiren anyway? Why’s he so important?" Viole said.
"Leiren has the fate of three stars in his hands…" Augenta said. "The prophecy said so. One star has to die, and Leiren has to choose which one."
"You mean…you mean Gatti can destroy stars?!" Viole exclaimed.
"No time to explain! We have to see him! Could you take us to him?" Augenta said.
Viole looked back in the direction Folken and Gatti had left, then back at the girls. He made a lopsided smile. "I’m going to get pounded for it, but why not?"
Lina and Augenta were relieved. Viole motioned to them to follow and led the way.

Mekhasa made her way toward the Vione and landed skillfully in the hangers. She got out her android and looked around with her one good eye. The former Cataran officer smiled. This was her true home. She never belonged with her kind. She took a deep breath and headed up and entered a hallway. Lord Dilandau was going to kill her; she just knew it!
The sound of footsteps caused Mekhasa to perk her ears up. The footsteps definitely belonged to…
"Viole!" she called.
Viole appeared around a corner and beamed at the sight of Mekhasa. "Katomi! I’ve been worried sick! Ooh! What happened to your eye?"
Mekhasa, alias Katomi, shrugged. "Long story. Who are the two girls?"
"Princess Augenta and Lina. I’m taking there somewhere right now. If you’d like to come, you could," Viole said.
Katomi (note: I’m going to call her by this name now because I think it’s better and it’s SHORTER! Not to mention the fact that Mekhasa is part of Zaibach now, and that is the name Zaibach gave her.) smiled and nodded. "All right."
The four then started following Folken and Gatti.

Gatti found himself in a room which was full of potions, chemicals and such. Folken had his back to him, fiddling with his metal arm.
"What’s going on, Lord Folken?" Gatti asked.
"The prisoner told me of her vision. A boy named Leiren caught her attention… and this stone seems to indicate that the boy…is you," Folken said, facing Gatti.
Gatti stared into Folken’s eyes. "And what do you want from me?" he asked.
"If what my hunches and Emperor Dornkirk, plus what the interpretation of the prisoner’s visions tell me are true, you have a big role to play, Gatti…a very big role, indeed. You have…the fate of three stars in your hands. One of the stars has to die. Which one, Gatti?" Folken said.
Gatti’s eyes widened slightly. "W-What?"
"You have three choices. You could destroy Gaea. You could destroy the Mystic Moon…and then again, you could destroy the star where the odd guymelefs are coming from…which one is it, Gatti? Certainly not Gaea…"
Gatti didn’t know why, but he found himself caught in a dilemma. Exidaea, the name popped into his head. His home…but Gaea was his home too…. Kara…she was from Earth, or should he say the Mystic Moon…. The boy named Leiren and the boy named Gatti fought within him. What to do?
