| I've recently been told (by a couple of people) that Viole does not exist. Yep. Does....not....exist. I'm trying not to say anything degrading, I'm just going to try to defend my cause here. (Cos if he doesn't exist, this shrine is pretty much done for. Lord knows I don't want that. I've worked long and hard on this.) POINT 1: In an interview with the creators... Stop. Right there. Just stop. No offense, but I want a scan of this. From a magazine. Or official site, complete with URL. I'm sorry, but I don't believe in hearsay. POINT 2: The person in your pics is one of the unnamed DragonSlayers, and Viole/Biore is a name pulled out of the air. This person also told me in more-or-less the same breath that while it defeated my purpose, it was really good for fanfiction. If you can write him up as anyone you want, who's saying that you can't attribute Viole to ANY of the unnamed DragonSlayers? If the name really IS just fictional, and you can be that creative, then what's stopping you from tacking that name onto the DragonSlayer on this page? POINT 3: Viole is one of the unnamed DragonSlayers, all right. He's the one with the specs in front of Dilandau's throne. The one on the left ((the blond)) is Ryuon. My first reaction was, "I hate to burst your bubble, honey, but the blond is not Ryuon. Ryuon was created for the movie and the movie only; he is not 'in' the series." Then it dawned on me that this whole site is dedicated to someone who is named but never shown, and thus also not officially "in". I must admit the Ryuon speculation is cool. As for Viole being the bespeckled one...I have to be perfectly honest: That thought never occured to me. I can see where it might be plausable. What I'm saying, with this site and everything, is that I believe the person I have on this site to be Viole/Biore, and he is the person who is generally accepted as such. I also feel the poor boy hasn't been given his due, and he's long deserving it. Well, no matter what people might think or who/what they think Viole is ((someone else, nonexistant, an idea, whatever)), Forgotten Child will be open as long as I am capable of running it.
