This Halloween, Cody and Travis wanted to go as NASCAR Racers. An
animated series that they've really taken to.
Cody went as Charger and Travis as Flyer. The suits look really cool on the cartoon but most everyone confused the costumes with the Power Rangers.
Megan just loves Blue on Nick Jr. She can't get enough of her. (For those not familiar with "Blue." She is an animated dog that stars with her master Steve on Nick Jr's "Blue's Clues.") Travis and Cody love Blue too but Megan is just completely engulfed with her. It is so cute!
Our neighbors were in the festive mood early as well. Here Jennifer poses as Minnie Mouse and her daughter is a frightening spider woman.
Marquis and Casey pose in their frightful costumes outside our neighbors' home.
Marquis is quite obviously a pirate of some sorts while Casey is this ghastly skeleton.
This costume glowed in the dark and was really spooky. The little kids on the block were terrified of it.
Megan did okay but wouldn't take her eyes off of him while he had his mask on. When he took it off she would laugh hysterically and when he put it back on she stop laughing and try to look through the mask as if he were hiding behind a pillow or something. She was so funny to watch.
Here's my little cutie pie! She was trying to see where the spooky noises were coming from. I was playing a spooky Halloween CD in the Blazer.
She never quite figured out what all that commotion was but she kept asking about it. "What's that?" she'd say in her toddler speak way. More and more words are becoming very clear though and she is Oh, so adorable. Just ask me, I'll tell ya!

Off to the far left is Ian in his Woody costume. Steve Magee in the Ninja outfit. Evelyn, her little princess friend, Scottie's Monster Inc. friend and Scottie as Harry Potter doing some wizardous kicking.
In the back is Travis in the blue Flyer outfit. Next to him in the red dress, black cape, dredlocks and black hat is Scott Magee. We're not quite sure what he was supposed to be.
Well friends, that is that. Another really strange Halloween is behind us.
