The suretor for the marriae was John MONG, the minister Charles P. KRAUTH. John was a teamster who made 2-3 day trips to Baltimore to sell farm produce. He also farmed n Berkeley Co., from 1850 to 1870. Sarah must have died between 1870 and 1880. Her husband, John C. SMALL, is living with their son William Hunter SMALL in Martinsburg in the 1880 census. (FH30, WVBEB28,  WVBE1, 11-14) Children:
