Who was Lizzie Leach?

I found this death record while browsing an old copy of the Shepherdstown Register.

'Died at the residence of Joseph MORROW near Summit Pint, Wed., 15 Jan 1873, Miss Lizzie Leach, age 37 years, d/o Dr. J. Willet Leach of Strasburg, Shenandoah Co., VA.'

A check of the death records in Jefferson Co., WV, produced the following:

'Lizzie Leach d. at Joseph MORROW'S house, friend, age 37'.

'Diary of Dr. Willett LEACH:
Jesse LEACH m. Mary Hastings of Baltimore went to Frederick Co., MD, where he died in 1860. See LEACH Family of Calvert and Montgomery Co., MD. Jesse Leach married second, 20 Jan 1807, Sarah WILLETT, d/o Ninian and Ann (FLEMING) WILLETT. She died in 1845 in Baltimore. They had:

• Leah LEACH m. Col. Richard FRANCE of Baltimore
• Ann LEACH m. L. P. DAVIS s/o Gen. John DAVIS Washington, DC
• Elizabeth Riggs LEACH m. W. GEISEof Baltimore
• Dr. Jesse Willett LEACH, 1809-1895, m. Jane Roberts HUNTON, d/o Senator Charles HUNTON, President of the Virginia Senate, 1st. cousin of Brig. Gen., Eppa HUNTON, CSA: had children: Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Logan LEACH b. 12 Aug 1835, d. 15 Jan 1873, teacher; Charles Hunton LEACH b. 1837, m. Hertenea TAYLOR, had daughter Sallie Willett LEACH  m. W. Carson DOWNS, lived in Baltimore; and Sallie Willett LEACH b. 1845. (LE67)

The diary establishes the parentage of Lizzie as Dr. Jesse Willett LEACH and Jane Roberts HUNTON, and further ties the MORROW origins to Frederick Co., MD. However, it remains to be seen if she was just a friend or a near relative. Note the similarity of Lizzie's mother's name, HUNTON, and the name of Joseph's MORROW'S grandmother, Margaret HINTON, or HUTTON, or HILTON.
