SALES, EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
SALES and RETURN POLICY: In-stock items are shipped promptly upon payment. We ship the best quality shells and merchandise available. We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with your purchases from us, however if there is a problem we will gladly authorize a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days following receipt of the item by you (except for personalized items, lamps and furniture). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it is our error. Returns must be made in the original condition, in the item's original packaging and insured. For returned items, due to your choice, there is a 15% restocking fee. To supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits, please contact us so we may be aware of the return before it is sent back (lamps and furniture are not returnable). SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Be sure to inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the product is damaged during shipment, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hrs), as the shipper, we have only a limited time to make a claim with the Delivery Company. A credit or replacement shipment will be sent to you as soon as you notify us of any damages, or we receive your returned goods.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Our inventory system at the present time is not fully automated. A product you order on-line may be out of stock or on back order. If that happens we will notify you by E-mail. Most of our U.S. customers will receive their order within 14 business days. If we or our suppliers are out of stock of an item and we can not ship within 14 days, we will notify you. You may inquire about your order status by sending an E-mail. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take four to twelve weeks for delivery. In this case, you will receive an order confirmation. Also, not all of our merchandise is shown on-line. If you don't see what you want, please call to see if we have it.
SHIPPING:
We will ship your order the least expensive way, either USPS or UPS. Shipping charges depend on the weight of your package and the distance it has to travel. Shipping prices shown are approximate. If you are ordering heavy or oversized items, shipping will be more than shown. UPS will NOT accept PO Box delivery. We ship USPS to PO Box holders.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL
U.S.
It is available for an additional fee. Some products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, and may take up to four to twelve weeks for delivery. In this case, you will receive an order confirmation.
CREDIT CARDS AND OUR POLICY: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER. The charge on your card will appear under the name: Sea Shell Shop. Due to increased credit card security requirements and procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the one in which your credit card statement is mailed. We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies of both the credit card and a signature, or other government identification with photographs, for security purposes. Please include a daytime telephone number and a shipping address available during the day, as we require a signature for most deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We only accept Credit Cards or International Money Orders. Shipping charges for outside of Continental US will vary. You may call for exact shipping cost or details about International Money Orders. We ask for a faxed copy of your credit card and signature for security.
