It could take a while depending on several factors like the stats you want (level etc.) and if there are any available in the pound.

I had a pet from you in December but you didnt charge me for it why are you charging me now?
This was a special thing we did for Christmas. If you were one of the lucky ones who found one of our pets in the pound at Christmas I hope you are giving it a good home.

Help!!!!!! I was too slow and couldnt get my pet in time what happens now?
We either give you a new pet or you can have your np back. We would prefer to give you a different pet cos then we can help more pets in the pound.

How do you get the stats so high?
We train them as often as we can in the academy.

Ive created a pet a little while ago but cant afford to keep her anymore will you take her in?
Yeh we will treat her with love and kindness as we do our other pets and we will feed her and train her and try to make sure she goes to a good home.

What happened to the np for the free pet in December?
We paid for that one out of our own account so that our adoptees could have a special pet for Christmas as a thank you for helping the pets throughout the year.
