Co:Writer 4000 can add word prediction, grammar and vocabulary support capabilities to any word processor or email program. How does it work? From the first letter a student types, Co:Writer 4000 generates possibilities for the word the student is thinking. These predictions are processed by combining the knowledge of spelling (phonetic and dictionary), grammar rules, context clues, student history and letter cues. With this writing and typing support, students overcome mechanical barriers which then allows them to focus on conveying ideas.
