Use Case Diagram

Use Case Analysis is a technique to capture business process from the user's perspective.

Two important terms to be justified:

• Actor: someone or some thing that must interact with the system under important.
• Use case is a pattern of behavior the system exhibits.

From the Software Statement of Scope, we determine the actors and the use cases:

• Actors: warehouse administrator, barcode reader.
• Use cases: get goods movement summary, provide security options, inform about stock location and space availability, inventory listing, maintain database of supplier and customer, allocate time slot, identify stock

We can derive the relationships between the use cases and the actors. This relationship is well captured by the following use case diagram:
