This practice run was witnessed by the families of some of the aircrew.   The PIC violated altitude and bank angle restictions at only 250ft AGL. The A/C rolled past 90* of bank, stalled and crashed.  There were no survivors of the crew of four.

~More details of this can be found in Tony Kerns book, "Darker Shades of Blue."
I really hope that these guys have a good explaination for the boss.

"How were we supposed to know that the Jenny Craig Tour Group were all sitting in the back??"

I actually have no info on this accident other than it is a non-US aircraft from the reg. number.

If you have info, email me.

This is a dramatic example of why you obey the aircraft and regulatory limitations, especially at low altitudes and low airspeeds.
The PIC was practicing a profile in this B-52 H for an airshow that was to be held the next day.  This was to have been the last flight in the Air Force for one of the officers aboard.
