The first of the three modes it the game is Kirby Air Ride. The whole point of the game is racing. There are 120 objectives it this mode, and there are 7 regular tracks to race on. Also there are several unlockable Air Ride Machines. This is a really fun mode that you will be playing for a long time.
The second, and sadly the most ignored is Top Ride. It is a top to bottom racing mode. There are two diffreent machines you can use. There are several great items you can get such as the almost exclusive to the game (also made an appereance in KSS) paint item, bomb, and several other things. Even though it can take a while to master, don't give up, this can turn out to be an excelent mode.
Last, and the best to most Air Ride fans is City Trial. You go around the city finding items to power up your machine for a stadium challenge. There are several different machines you can get including the Legendary Machines Dragoon and Hydra. You can even try to blow up other machines when you are powering up in the city.
If you have a LAN cable, you can link up multiple Gamecubes. This game gets an 8.5 out of 10. This game is great, but at first I thought it was a little better than it turned out to be. Oh whell, it still is a great game.
