Dajun Li researches on food safety and nutrition, fungi polysaccharides, starch based membrane, insect/forest product.
Work has been done on followings:

1.probiotics, oligosaccharides, microbiology and immunology;

2.starch membrane package;

3.tree leaf/sprout and diet;

4.broiler feed premix, swine gastro-intestinal microbiology; enzyme andamaranthus and piglet food;

5.chicken's colour and toxic learning study collaborated with Prof. J.M. Forbes in the University of Leeds. 

presently interests:

1. starch based membrane;

2. fungal saccharides;

3. forest sources medicine;
