| There are limited spots available for Snow Tubing so this is first come, first serve. Each girl participant must sign the release form on the line "Tubing Participant" with a guardian also signing the form. Participants must be 5 years old. Adult tubers must sign on the "tubing participant line". Each Daisy must have a responsible adult snow tubing with her. Cost is $20.00 per person. There will be no refunds this year and substitutions can only be made up until January 5th with Lori |
