| Okay - I confess I had no idea if Bahrain is a country, a city, or something else. So I looked it up. It is a country, a kingdom specifically. It is as archipelago of 33 islands in the Arabian Gulf. Can we all agree that this may be one of the most exotic places Daisy has ever visited? | Mom/Dad - What a great first trip for me to Manama, Bahrain. My traveling buddy and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel right on the Persian Gulf. It was a wonderful view, but boy was it HOT! We shopped for great deals on gold and watches at the "souk". We're headed to Doha, Qatar in 2 days. What a trip! - Daisy |
