| Hello Mom and Dad - I am traveling through New Mexico this week with friends. Today I am in Santa Fe, where beautiful adobe buildings abound. American Indian pottery is high art here; even tiny pots can be $50-$100. Large pieces by famous artists can be thousands of dollars! Love, Daisy |

| Dear Mom and Dad - I am in Albuquerque today. There is undeveloped land everywhere. New Mexico sure is big! Before I visited I had no idea that New Mexico is the 5th largest state in the Union. The good news is that many of the interstate highways have speed limits of 75 miles+ so people can still go from place to place quickly by zipping along. Love, Daisy |
