FAQ #6. (Referring to wearing the hejab/headgear) "What made you wear it? Were you pressured?"

I welcome queries on the reason behind my putting the head gear on. However, It's sad to hear that people actually think that what I acquired to don was "forced upon me". Wearing the "hejab", just like not wearing it is an expression of 'acceptance' and thus cannot be forced on (but must be introduced). I'm still waiting for someone to say to me on how I used to dress as a 'Westerner', as being pressured by the society. Putting the "hejab" on does not make me a perfect person. It is an obligation which should not be questioned - a matter whether you follow it or not.
