| I lived in Churchill, in the State of Victoria whilst studying in Monash's country campus, Gippsland. Situated 150km away from Melbourne (about 2-hour drive/train ride), most of the La Trobe Valley is surrounded by beautiful mountains and unmissable farms. Which spells cows, cows and more cows. Contrary to expected, I grew fond of the country side over time. Nevertheless, I'm still a citygirl at heart. Meantime "just follow the yellow-brick road", and catch some captured moments in Oz, which describe a fraction of my stay there. "This is where we live" - adapted from the local country tv slogan which featured Churchill as well. |
