| About Utako: Utako is the youngest of three girls. When she was younger her father, Ryuu, doted upon her constantly and she has grown into a bit of a brat. Seeing his mistake, Ryuu has become firm and Utako is very upset her father no longer sides with her. Being a young teenager, Utako ignores her father's demands. She is loud and immature and often insults others to boost her popularity. She loves to challenge others to a fencing match just to show-off her talents. As Cosmic Sailorjupiter Utako is brash and ignorant. She always underestimates her opponents and tunes out the protests of her teamates. She has little regard for their safety and has no respect for Sailormoon. Often times, she resents being Sailorjupiter, feeling that it interferes with her social life. Sometimes she will not help her fellow senshi, feeling that she has better things to do. She has no friends within the senshi and makes it clear she cares little about her teammates. Henshin/attacks Jupiter Starilight Power, Make-up! As Utako shouts this phrase, the ryuunome explodes and bolts of electricity swirl around her body. Utako raises her hands above her head and begins to spin. Lightining bolts strike the ground around her. All the electricity travels up her body, leaving her transformed. She poses like the original Sailorjupiter. Lightning Strike! As Sailorjupiter shouts this phrase, bolts of lighting strike the ground around her.
