For the sake of simplicity, Kvetches3 will be termed as "I, me, and the seller" through out this page. The buyer may also be known as the bidder, receiver of computer and other such terminology.
If you do not have e-mail and you don't provide an alternative way of contact then parts of this warranty may be void and you may not receive crucial information.
All my items are supplied by a 3 year limited parts guaranteed.
All my computers use hardware from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practices. Before shipping a computer I give it the full check. I run it for 24 hours and make a diagnostic report to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Coverage: I warrant that any hardware products I sell a free from defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover any damage during the shipping of the product to you. When you pay for shipping the cost of fully insuring it is included unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties, servicing not Authorized by me (to authorize a service on your computer please e-mail me at [email protected], if I for some reason that is not possible you can contact me by the information I sent you after the bid has closed) failure to perform required preventative maintenance, including but not limited to backups, problems caused by software or parts and components not authorized by me, the seller.
Length of warranty: Unless stated otherwise in the bid description all desktop computer systems purchased from me are covered for (3) years beginning at the end of the bidding cycle.
Thirty day money back guarantee: For the first 30 days, beginning when you receive the computer, I will refund your purchase price on the returned product. Once you have paid for the product you will receive an email with a link to this information. Also with that email you will find a "Product Number" starting with A or an I. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Example: $1,000 item will be refunded in full minus the 15% restocking fee, making the fee $150.
Return procedure: To return your product you must send it back to me in the original or equivalent packaging. All returns must be complete with all original components, manuals, cables, and any baggage or other type of in item special specific packaging. If the product is not returned in its entirety, you will be charged for missing items. NOTE: Before you ship the product back its is recommended that you back up all data on your hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s). Remove all removable media, flash cards, zip discs, floppy's, diskettes, css or PC Cards. If you have any questions e-mail [email protected] or refer to your warranty info e-mail. We will be more than happily provide technical support.
Repair: If during a repair parts are removed and replaced the removed products are the property of me. I may use new, used and or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in warranty repairs and replacement products. If a product is repaired or replaced, the length warranty is not extended.
Original shipping: If you received your order with damaged, incorrect or missing components you must notify me in the return process listed above.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights under the laws of the United States or your state. My responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair and placement listed in this warranty. I am not liable beyond what is stated on this warranty statement and I will not be liable for lost data or software.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for all your software and data. I am not required to advise or remind you to backup your software and data.
