| CD PICK OF THE MONTH |
| Without a doubt, the highest profile German group out there today, Rammstein has completely outdone themselves with this latest album. With strong singles like "Links 2, 3, 4" and "Sonne" leading the way, the group churns out a heavytour de force that will please even the most devout metalheads. | Gorillaz is a cartoon band like no other. Featuring the talents of Blur frontman Damon Albarn and Dan "the Automator" Nakamura, and even some rapping from the once-famous Del tha funky homosapian, Gorillaz has a produced a very cool sound for itself. While some of the tracks come off as very very blur (not that there is anything wrong witht his at all), others break new groud and have a new "Gorillaz" vibe about them. |
| The first single "Clint Eastwood" has been big in Europe for sometime, and has even recently been getting some airplay on MTV2 in the US. All in all a good first album from a group whose members exist only in 2D. |
