What is Whispers from the Dark?
An invitation only fanfiction archive with the main focus on yami x yami pairings, though it's also open to yami x other pairings. Fics will be of het, gen, yaoi or shounen ai nature and rated up to R.
How does the archive work?
It's divided in three sections:
Yami no Yuugi fanfiction
Yami no Marik fanfiction
Yami no Bakura fanfiction
Fics are archived by pairing and the dominant one of said pairing, i.e. if in a Yami no Bakura x Yami no Marik fic Yami no Bakura is the one who advances on the other, the fic will be in his section.
What kind of fics are there in the archive?
Dark, angst, romance, fluff- I aim for different genres. I also welcome genfic, with the rule that the fic must prominently featuring one of the yamis, and will be archived in the section of said yami.
What kind of fics won't be in the archive?
NC-17, anything NCS, fics with very bad grammar and/or spelling, fics with character bashing and/or bastardizing, fics with rape or excessive torture as cheap plot device.
This/that doesn't work/I can't find it/ whatever!

When do you update?
Depending from the permission of the authors, their output and the number of fics I want to archive, I'd say at least once every month. Feel free to subscribe to the mailing list, so you'll recieve an update notification automatically!
