Denise and I went for a walk on Newcastle breakwall. It was windy has hell, but beautiful. Whenever I go to the beach it makes me realise why I live in Newcastle. It is so easy to lose perspective, but the beach brings it all back to you. We walked back along Nobby's Beach and there were a few crazy kite surfers, the strength required to do this is amazing.
