| Victory No. 1: Ong leads Team V over CRC |
| Andrew Ong hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning to lead Team Victory to a 15-2 win over CRC Sunday afternoon at Long Field. The game was called in the bottom of the fourth inning by slaughter rule after Ong's home run. Ong collected seven RBIs to lead the team. CRC didn't provide much of a contest, despite going up early 1-0 in the top of the first due to a defensive miscue. Team Victory didn't hit exceptionally well (12-29 as a team), but took advantage of CRC's 10 errros in 4 innings. "I love it when they call me big papa," Ong said. Team Victory (1-0) has a bye next week. |
