EVANSTON, Ill. (AP)__    Things are heating up in the Boba Party primary race (to be held by online vote on February 9) as key officials are beginning to announce their endorsements.
Highly regarded MENSA member Stan Wong decided to campaign for Newton Li late last night. He immediately began trashing Kim.
"I regard him more as an Al Sharpton," Wong said. "He's a slave to special interests... Chipotle, Dixie Kitchen, you know." (Actual quote)
  Kim fired back.
"Stan is a lot like that brown stain on my underwear -- he's just an annoyance," Kim said. (actual quote)
After fierce morning campaigning, Kim decided to take a nap.  Li decided that it was his time to strike.  Li proceded to snag endorsements from Kim's closest friends -- mainly Jimmy Cheon (his freshman year roommate) and Rachel Lee (another fellow Shepard resident last year).  Wong also lives in Shepard.
"She can jump in the lake for all I care," Kim said regarding Rachel Lee's defection. (actual quote)
Late Friday night, Kim locked up David Ro as his campaign manager.  The two promised to run a positive campaign, an obvious blow to Li's early muckraking.
  Then Kim did it again.
He somehow managed to earn the endorsement of Kirk Kao, Li's roommate for the past two years.
"Hey, first come, first served -- I never knew anything about this," Kao said. "Honestly, I am quite offended that he never [approached me]. My endorsement is too good for him anyway.
"He doesn't know how to run a political campaign....he's a freakin' bio major who farts a lot." (actual quote)
Still up in the air is the highly sought-after endorsement of AACM president Rebecca Tsang.  She has decided to remain neutral for teh time being.
Also, Lilian Shin, who has been in both Li and Kim's small groups is still weighing her options.  Kim has tried for hours upon hours to earn her thumbs-up, but to no avail.  She has said that Newton has yet to approach her, and she will consider that strongly when she makes a decision.
  Endorsements are listed below.

EVANSTON, Ill. (AP) __ The residents of 2034 Maple (A house where seven former Hinman residents reside) has collectively decided not to endorse Miller Lite Party candidate Nick Collins despite the fact that Nick has no formal opposition and lives in 2034 Maple.
Birju Shah, Adam R. Sedrowski, Martin K. Fox, Lucas Michelini and Bobby G. Nampiaparampil (pictured) all decided that they would rather endorse "No Confidence" and snub their roomate.  The following is Birju Shah's reasoning for not endorsing Nick:

Bird: so nick cooked beans for like 10 hours yesterday
