ItAA McDD NH-500 Defender
THESE PHOTOS HAVE NOT BEEN CROPPED IN ANY WAY.
They are proof that you can get too close! Both were taken with a 75-300mm lens at minimum extension (75mm) as the two Italian Army NH500s passed overhead. The KC-10 inspired dust storm was nothing compared to the blast created by these two.
The NH500 is a light transport and scouting helicopter built by the only surviving part of the McDonnel Douglas corporation, McDD Helicopters.
Photos taken with a 75-300mm lens.
GAF MiG-29A 'Fulcrum'
Now operated by the reunified Luftwaffe, Germany's MiG-29 fleet originated in the East German Air Force. As a result, Germany operates the only current Soviet built aircraft in NATO.
Photo taken with a 75-300mm lens.
SpAF Mirage F1
This French built fighter-bomber is operated by the Spanish Air Force and is shown taxiing to the runway, before it its departure accompanied by another F1.
