I, the owner and creator of this website, alias "Haunter" (henceforth referred to as "Haunter" and/or in the first person), hereby grant blanket permission to the general public to use any text, picture, or file that belongs to me and can be found within this site (henceforth known as "My Material") for any written or coded work (with or without illustrations and/or graphics) under the conditions that 1) My Material is specifically or generally attributed to me in some obvious form somewhere within aforesaid work; 2) the date at which My Material was taken is mentioned; and 3) aforesaid work is non-commercial. In the event of usage not falling under said conditions, all requests must be sent to me for review via E-mail. I reserve the right to be the final judge of whether a given usage of My Material falls under aforesaid conditions and to specifically permit or prohibit usage of My Material regardless of whether its usage falls under aforesaid conditions.
