Turn the car so the tinted window faces the sun.  Spray an ammonia-based cleaning solution onto the tinted side (inside) of the window, and lay a sheet of the plastic onto the tint, sticking it to the wet window.  Wait 20 minutes.  The tint will peel right off.  A razor blade will clean up the edges.

This works fine on the rear window, with the defroster strips, also.
