| The Followers of Nexus have argued over the last couple of centuries that it was the civilizations of Darlow that were responsible for its current demise. Human beings, for all their ingenuity and brainpower, battled wars for many decades for shallow, paranoid, and selfish reasons. They have been responsible for bringing out the best and worst in Darlow. This is a time of darkness for the civilizations.
Nevertheless, the people of the once proud Kingdoms of Dainan, Lirea, Anara, and Hassen have united in a common cause to restore Darlow to its former glory alongside The Followers of Nexus. Their cities with their castles once rising high into the sky are now gone as the institutions they were. Only the cultures remain. Many of the people of The Kingdoms fell prey to Voleron's wrath, and while their faith may once have been strong towards the god of their world, they have become corrupted and mindless. No humanity remains in the humans that have sided, against their will, with The Minions of Voleron. Some have done so as a testament to the evil that is inherent in the species.
