Students will be expected to discuss paper/project topics with instructor prior to the due date for selecting topic (February 22). Students choosing a project rather than a paper will not need to follow the parameters outlined below for the paper. However all students will be making an oral presentation on their final paper/project and the parameters for those presentations are included below.
Paper Parameters
Each final paper will be submitted word processed in double-spaced, single-sided format with appropriate footnoting and bibliography.
Papers should be a minimum of 10 pages in length and should include at least 10 sources. At least 2 sources should be electronic. Follow proper format for all citations.

Oral presenation Parameters
Each student should be prepared to
make a brief presentation to the class on the final paper/project completed.
This presentation should cover topics such as the reason for selecting
the topic, the method used to research or complete the paper/project, insights
gained during the process, and any conclusions drawn as a result of completing
the paper/project.
