How it started . . .

I first really started to use the Internet in the fall of 2000, before that I only had
access from library computers, (and face it, you can�t get much done with only an hour,
and people standing right behind you, trying to figure out what you�re doing) and
pretty much all did then was read comics and take quizzes. (I still do that, but I�ve
added a lot more) And then in the spring of 2001, I started watching The X-Files, which
led to me looking it up on the �net. That led to finding out not only about the show, but
also what I did and didn�t like in website, and Photoshop. In trying to find out how to
make art I saw, I stumbled across the wonderful Philedom 2K, an X-File (and X-Phile)
Forum which had a lot of artists, I learned a lot there, including what Photoshop was.
Once I found out that I needed PS to do what I wanted, I talked my parents into buying
it for me in August of 2002. I finally joined P2K, in January of 2003, after more then a
year lurking. And in August I joined Webphilia (a Computer Art forum mostly), along
with most of the people from P2K. Slowly I�ve been getting better in PS, experimenting
with all kinds of things, and generally just getting comfortable with how it works. And
finally in February 2004 I decided to get a site (this one) and through the spring and
summer slowly learning HTML. And that pretty much catches up to where I am now.
