The building or area in which the DJ will be performing must have an entrance of at least 28" wide, and must be accessable via permanent access ramp or elevator if event is to be held on 2nd story. Sorry, but due to weight of equipment we can not carry it up a staircase. 2. Must have 2 hour setup time prior to start time of event. 3. There must be sufficient electrical outlets to safely run equipment, a 220 volt stove or dryer plug is preferred, but not mandatory. If a 220 volt recepticle is not available, at least four (4) 110 volt recepticles must be available. 4. Our contract is for a 4 hour show.......additional time can be purchased at the rate of $ 100.00 per hour. 5. No Outdoor shows will exceed 12 o'clock PM!!!! 6. On outdoor shows: if not under a covered, rain secure area..if raining upon our arrival, we will wait on rain until starting time before cancelling show, if rain begins during show, we will wait until end time, but under both circumstances on a outdoor show, payment will be due in full, regardless of weather. 7. Any outdoor shows after November 1, will terminate when temperature falls below 45 degrees. 8. If show is to be held in coorporate city or town limits that require a permit, it is the responsibility of the contact person, on this contract, to obtain and display all necessary permits for an outdoor show. Any fines or noise violations will be the responsibility of the contact person listed on this contract. 9. Equipment damaged by negligent guests will be replaced at the host's expense.
