Daddy-o Dilly
Mark Dillman offers you his unique insight into 1950s and 1960s rock 'n' roll and related music.  Nicknamed Daddy-o Dilly, he is among the many diehard fans who stubbornly refuse to let this thunderous sound fade away.

Your are encouraged to read his blog and view his photographs.

Daddy-o Dilly's "Musical Manifesto":

1.) build your own collection of compact discs and records with musical artists that you like,

2.) support those musicians  by being in the audience when they perform in your area, and letting venue operators know who you want to see onstage,

3.) seek out and listen to radio programs (broadcast or online) that play this kind of music and  support the DJs and radio stations that make these programs possible,

4.) attend record collector shows that take place in your area,

5.) make friends with people in your home town with like-minded musical tastes, offer your knowledge to them and learn from them,

6.) read as many books as you can find on your favorite music and musicians,

7.) make sure you spend only what you can afford on music,

8.) take all reasonable precautions to avoid hearing loss so you can enjoy music throughout your life,

9.) use music as a positive force to improve relations between people of different races, nations, and beliefs and to help create a drug-free environment.
