Since attending the Ponderosa Stomp 2006 in Memphis, I have purchased 22 CDs (not counting the ones I bought at the Ponderosa Stomp) by artists who were present there.  What's easy on the credit card is that since most of these CDs have been around for roughly ten years there are plenty of cut-outs and used ones from such sources as Amazon Associates and Half.com for as little as $2.00.  I scooped up some great sounding bargains by such tunesmiths as Sonny Burgess, Hayden Thompson, Billy Boy Arnold, The Wailers, the Alarm Clocks, Deke Dickerson, and even Big Sandy, even though he was not a performing, just there as a fan.
